W3 Fab Shipping & Delivery Policy

At W3 Fab, every item is handcrafted to order. We take pride in ensuring each product is built, inspected, and packaged with care before it leaves the shop.

Processing Time

Please allow 7–14 business days for production before shipping. Custom or bulk orders may require additional time — we’ll contact you directly if that’s the case.

Shipping Rates & Methods

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We currently ship through USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground, both of which include tracking information.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days depending on location. W3 Fab is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other external factors.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or text. Use that link anytime to follow your delivery status.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging.

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please reach out to your local carrier office. W3 Fab is not responsible for packages marked as delivered.

Local Pickup (River Valley - Arkansas Area)

We’re proud to serve our local community. If you’re nearby and would like to pick up your order directly from our shop, please inquire before placing your order to confirm availability and schedule a pickup time.
